Quality Assurance Tester

Location: Witney

4 on 4 off shift pattern

Dayshifts 7am – 7pm - £15.29 per hour

Nightshifts 7pm – 7am - £16.49 per hour

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct investigations on customer returned products using in-house computer systems to determine the cause for return.
  • Investigate the quality of returned products by finding the cause of their faults.
  • Monitor machinery and ensure the safe transfer of materials in and out of the cleanroom (if applicable).
  • Proactively support the implementation of new and / or improved processes.
  • Meet division goals for timeliness of complaint investigations and identify opportunities for improvement and/or better efficiency in investigation processes.
  • Conform to all relevant legislation and company Health and Safety policies.
  • Keep up to date with the development of new products and, through collaboration with peers within the complaints team and across the business, support activities required for complaint readiness prior to product launch.
  • Identify any trends in product complaints that are found during investigations and highlight these to management.

 

Requirements:

 

  • All training will be provided, so while experience in a similar environment would be great, it is not essential.
  • To be suitable for this role, you will be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail skills.
  • You will be capable of using/picking up IT systems and have an understanding of health & safety policies.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
