Fire & Security Service Engineer
Salary: Basic up to £34k per year — OTE £40k + (easily achievable) through commission, on-call, and overtime.

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to carry out planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and occasional small works across fire alarm, emergency lighting, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain fire alarms, emergency lighting, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
- Work on fire alarm systems including Advanced, Kentec, EMS, and EDA
- Use service management software and mobile app to complete worksheets, reports, and updates
- Carry out small installation day works and system upgrades
- Perform fault-finding on conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
- Work with Pyronix, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, Hikvision, Dahua, and Wisenet

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing and maintaining the listed systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding ability, excellent diligence, and a positive, proactive mindset
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am — 5:00 pm
- On-call rota: Approximately 1 in 6 weeks

- Basic Salary: Up to £34,000
- OTE: £40,000+
