Installation Engineer – Security Systems (Field based)
Location – Across Hampshire
Salary - £32k - £38k + Overtime Pay + Company Vehicle
We are looking for an experienced Installation Engineer to join our clients team working on IP CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and PIDS systems – primarily in substation environments. You will take ownership of high-quality installations, work alongside expert sub-contractors, and engage directly with clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Install and commission advanced security systems to high technical and safety standards
- Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to meet project deadlines
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and on-site professionalism
- Maintain accurate documentation and report project progress to your supervisor
- Identify joint opportunities in Fire & Security with cross-functional teams
The ideal candidate will need to have:
- 3–5 years' experience installing security systems (IP CCTV, Access Control, Intruder)
- Proficiency in systems like Galaxy, AXIS, Paxton, Hanwha, NEDAP, Milestone, and more
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
