Type Training Instructor
Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we are actively searching for a Type Training Instructor. This role will be based in Asia; requiring remote work and/or travel within this area to complete the positions duties.

- Providing training courses within the A320 family and B737 to different clients and customers, in person or remotely; depending on client specifications and requirements
- This role will require travel to different locations within Asia to complete training activities/courses
- Deliver theoretical and practical type training in accordance with company standards and under EASA (or other Aviation Authority) regulations
- Assess trainee performance through examinations, practical assessments, and continuous evaluation
- Assist in course scheduling and resource planning
- Commitment to continuous improvement through self-development and company-provided training
Skills and competencies required for a successful application:
- Experience as a Licensed Engineer on the following, but not limited to, engines: A320 CEO (NEO additional is advantageous) and B737NG. wide body types would be a bonus
- Following on from working history as a Licensed Engineer, experienced as a Teaching Professional in a relevant subject/Type Trainer/Examiner or similar
- Ideally holding an EASA licence, or alternative Aviation Authority licence, such as ICAO
- Situation within Asia and willing to travel to surrounding countries for above activities
This role will be working on a full time and permanent basis.
